Vintage Oakmont provides digital products in the form of downloadable files and digital supplier contact information delivered via email. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered.
Refunds are only granted under the following circumstances:

The delivered file is corrupted or inaccessible and the issue cannot be resolved.
